Shipping & Delivery
Orders for in stock off the shelf items (about 10,000 part numbers) received by 1:00 PM typically ship the same day via FedEx Ground.
Custom and semi-custom items (sign packages) typically ship the same day they come out of production. We are happy to ship UPS, freight or on a customer’s account. Ship dates are supplied when you place your order and we meet those dates. We are happy to make accommodations to your ship date (free storage) or expedited order processing. Simply ask!
For orders shipping out of the country we will ship on the customer's FEDEX or UPS account or through their freight forward company. For assistance with selecting a freight forward company or for other shipping questions, please don't hesitate to call or email us.
Returns & Replacements
Have a problem? We want to know! We offer a 100% guarantee against manufacture defect forever. Need a replacement? We can probably ship it the same day! We accept returns for stock items minus a 20% restocking fee. Simply return the items to us and we will take care of the rest. For over 100 years we have always told customers- Have it your way! We intend to do it for the next 100 years!
Our website is ready to process your order 24 hours day. However, our friendly and extremely knowledgeable customer service staff is available Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 3:30 pacific. About half our customers order online but we love it when the phone rings so please don't hesitate to call us!

On an apple to apple basis we simply won’t be beat on price.
We offer monthly promotions and we encourage customers to check back often or let us know if they have something on their need list. We will reach out to you when that item(s) go on special.
Want order status? It’s available online 24 hours a day by simply logging in or call us and we will email you a picture of your order status. Need a delivery change? Just ask. If we can accommodate your needs we are always happy to do it.
